Message	I sold him a set of JWT Race #400 cams. He sent payment and cancelled it after I provided him a tracking number. He even reversed the 25.00 he sent seperately for shipping charges. His arguement is that the cams are stock. He cancelled payment on 9/2/10. The cams were delivered on 9/3/10. A signature was required and he signed for them. He cancelled payment before he even received them. He is saying that he did not cancel the payment, however he will not resend payment either. I have asked that if the thinks the cams are stock, to send them back. He will not send them back either. But is rather saying he will send to JWT to have them put on their cam profiler. I spoke with JWT prior to selling, and they asked them to be taken to a machine shop and be measured. Well I did that, and they fell within the specs of being Race # 400 cams, which is exactly what I was selling. So basically this guy has my cams, and wont pay for them.. I have all supporting emails, shipping documents etc... He also now has a WANTED ad in classifieds asking for JWT 500 or 400 cams... All I'm asking is if he thinks the cams are stock, and I sold him the wrong cams...Just send them back to me...Keep his money, which he already has(although he says its in litigation with paypal...which is not true. It was sent as personal payment, paypal will not hold any money sent as personal payment in litigation)...Just send me my cams back..
